Easy 5.9 miles, 35:35. Nice guy from Minnesota caught up to me around 1.5 miles into the run and biked along with me the rest of my run. Carriage roads fairly flat today. 1 mile race tomorrow.
Also decided to ask for a number for Beach to Beacon in August. Got one. Designed my plan all the way up to that point. Lots of races, one workout a week should be plenty to get me into 10-k shape. What's going to be hard is running the Bradbury 9 mile race the day after, but I'll just have to take an easy week afterwards.
