So I headed out for a run not really knowing what to expect. I figured I'd try my flatter 4 mile loop. By 4 miles I was like where is the pain I've had. I decided to keep going and add on a couple more miles. By now I was clicking off 6:10 miles without trying with no pain and I was like what the frig. Kept going since I hadn't had a pain free run in so long I decided I'd just go.
In the end I finished up with a 9.2 miles in 58:10. Heart rate never got over 70%. Really, what the hell. No pain, just out of the blue when yesterday I could hardly walk straight.
