4.2 miles, 27:00. Just trying to keep my morning run in since adding an evening run is easy. IT band was better although I got up at 4am to ice and heat it before the run. Either way I'm running a little and I feel good.
Started adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder to my yogurt as well.
PM: I really feel better and want to do something but my hips and left IT band are tight and inflamed. I headed out the door last night but limped home after 3 minutes. I spent the next couple hours stretching and trying to loosen things up. I guess I can try running up Cadillac and see how that feels since right now running downhill hurts the most.
