Pretty humid out and shorts and tee shirt was all I needed but I had a winter hat along with a winter top and vest on which made me pretty hot after a mile or so. At least I was smart enough to not wear running pants.
I also found a new IT band stretch, maybe I said this already, oh well, well I cannot believe the difference it makes. It not only stretches my IT band, but also my tensor fasciae latae, and my hip flexors. It not only stretches but really shows you how tight some of those muscles are. Both my feet are kind of been angled inwards because my hips and IT band have been so tight and this also helps stretch the muscles around the knee and you can feel your lower leg angling back to center as you do this.
