6-miles easy, 38:52. Still some pain, but it seemed to get better as I went. I just want to stay in some kind of shape until November when hopefully I can start to train normally again. Right now I've signed up for a race in January, and depending on how that goes I'll either run the Tallahassee marathon at the beginning of February or Hyannis at the end. I've run both before and every time the temps were in the 30's and 40's. Tallahassee is an easier course as it's just about pancake flat with most of it on bike paths on long straight sections. I love boring things like that. And both have half marathons so if the weather turns to shit I can switch to the shorter event. If I run Tallahassee I'd miss the midwinter 10 miler, but it all depends on how the race mid January goes. Most importantly I'm not running a marathon unless I feel ready. And all this depends if I can get healthy.
Got my cord of wood yesterday that I won at the race on Saturday.
