Got in my 45 minute bike sessions both days. Finished up a 10 hour Emergency Management Institute independent study course today and got that certificate.
A few days ago I ran 100 meters back and forth for a good half mile. It felt pretty good to run again. I wasn't too shocked when I was sore the next day.
Rock on. Go get em this weekend at the midwinter 10 miler. Hopefully someone breaks 50 minutes and shatters that weak ass record.
