I took a long nap today, from about 10am to 2pm. I headed out the door for an easy run. Stuck to the pavement to continue to get my legs used to it. I tackled a couple of hills on the roads just to remind myself how much I like going uphill. The first one is the Kebo Street hill starting out from my house. It's not long but it's pretty steep and after napping all day woke me up fast. The second hill is Strawberry Hill. Pretty short run but I am easing into things. 4 miles, 27:30.
